Some of the most important work done by our clinic is in the field of randomized international clinical trials, which strive to use new molecules in the treatment of diabetes and obesity. We participated in over 100 such research programmes, and we can proudly state that our work – particularly in trials such as REWIND, ORIGIN, DECLARE TIMI-58 and PIONEER – resulted in historic advancements in the treatment of diabetes.
We are currently involved in the following clinical trials:
SELECT
The SELECT clinical trials is aimed at patients with obesity and cardiovascular disease.
SHINE
This trial is aimed at patients with Type II Diabetes or prediabetes and obesity.
SURMOUNT-MMO
This trial targets patients with prediabetes, obesity and either cardiovascular disease or cardiovascular risk factors.
ACHIEVE-3
This trial is aimed at patients with Type II Diabetes.
VICTORION-1 PREVENT
The VICTORION-1 PREVENT trial targets patients with dyslipidemia and increased cardiovascular risk factors.
